For all promotions, please click on the Promotions button on my booking page, and then select the appropriate discount.
For a limited time, all first-time clients receive 20% off their first appointment.
Active and retired military, first responders, and those over 60 years of age receive 10% off all services.
Policies
First-time clients are required to pre-pay when booking online. Returning clients must place at least a 50% deposit. Pre-payments and deposits are completely refundable if cancelled with more than 24-hours notice.
Missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. Please give 24-hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change appointments. I certainly understand emergencies, illnesses, and inclement weather, and those are handled on a case-by-case basis. Reminder texts and emails are sent automatically 48 hours prior to each session. If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me directly.
Intake Form
First-time clients: An online intake form will be automatically emailed upon booking. Please complete this form before your appointment, but if you are unable to, a paper form will be available in the office. If completing paperwork when you arrive, please arrive 10 minutes early.
Couples
Couples’ massages are available at my O’Fallon location. Email frymiremassage@gmail.com to let me know the location, date/time, and length of session.
Gift certificates
If you are redeeming a gift certificate purchased from Metro East Massage Therapy + Bodywork, those are being redeemed at face-value of the actual dollar amount purchased. Please email frymiremassage@gmail.com to schedule. Please include a few available dates and time, and the gift certificate number.
